Whats on my workdesk this wed

I was talking earlier about the way blogging and craft challenges can connect us. Julia Dunnit's blog Stamping Ground link has a regular Wednesday call out to share what you are up to. I have always intended to join in but never got round to it so today I photographed my desk as I begin a new album.

I will try and show how it progresses and connect up for a few Wednesdays at WOYWW. I am hoping this will make me remember to photograph as I go along. I am always so engrossed in making I forget to document the process so this will be good discipline. Check this space! Enjoy your work desk and thanks for looking in.

  8. Oh you don't have to apologize for being engrossed in the process. Because the point is to have fun. Even if you take a before and after, we will still love seeing what you are up to. I often jump from project to project so many times the final reveal never happens but I like connecting with everyone so that's what's important. I love the papers you are using for your new album. Enjoy!

  9. It's nice to meet you Amanda. This is going to be a beautiful album, because you are starting with some gorgeous papers.

I try to document each process, and, yes, it takes discipline. Sometimes I forget or I have gunk on my hands and don't want to get it on my camera and therefore don't take time to take a photo. I suspect you will remember much of the time, though.

I've been gone from WOYWW awhile, so meeting you this week was quite fortuitous. Happy WOYWW from #3.

  10. Hi Amanda, love all the ephemera! Is that a pot of that solid white glue I see- I think it has something to do with coconut? I used to have a pot of that, but forgot all about it, mine ran out ages ago. Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #9 XxX
